During this session, we will look at strategies to assist users when migrating from a Microsoft Environment to a Google Environment to minimize impact and optimize workflow. As this is only an 60 min session, we will be only looking at quick ways to get them up and running with Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive and Chrome with parallels, analogies and examples to help users understand what’s the same and what’s different between the two environments.

Also, we’ll look at some of the challenges and how you may decide to overcome those challenges. It is assumed that while people may have learned how to use this technology on their own that they may have gaps in their learning. This will help to fill those gaps.

Intended Audience would include Technology Mentors, IT Staff, Technology Promoters and Leaders - as well as users who wish to increase their productivity.

This is a lecture / demonstration style session with a small amount of time at the end for question/answer.
