Starting with a look to the current and future trends in EdTech, we will identify the critical aspects to plan around for success. We will look at: What are the necessary deliverables from the technology department and what tools, resources and approaches are proving to be successful?  Identify what are the areas of support and planning that need to be addressed in front of the initiative that will allow the changes you need to make to be successful in the long term. What are some creative ways that leaders are involving students, teachers, and community to balance the monumental work that needs to be done?
